DINNER SERIES
WITH JORGE GUZMÁN AND CARLOS SAGLADO
AT HIDDEN ACRES FARMS
SEPTEMBER 24, 25, & 26
This September, join celebrated chefs Jorge Guzmán and Carlos Salgado for three unforgettable nights at Hidden Acres Farm in Door County, Wisconsin. Set against the beauty of the farm in early autumn, each dinner will celebrate the season’s abundance through open-fire cooking and a love affair with Mexican cuisine. Expect food rooted in memory, past and present, the kind of meal that leaves you with a smile and wishing the night would never end.
Jorge Guzmán, of León Bistro MX, based in Minneapolis, and Carlos Salgado, of La Sirena in Ephraim, are both known for their contributions to Modern Mexican cuisine in the US and both have deep connections to Door County.
The dinner series runs Thursday-Saturday, September 24-26, with two seatings each night at 5 pm and 7:30 pm. A beverage pairing (wine or nonalcoholic) is included in the ticket price, and a 20% service charge added to the price will be split among staff who assist with the event.
